Where Are We Located

We are a mobile service that covers the Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Lower Hunter, Port Stephens and Upper Central Coast area. We do home visits to you!

We also provide Telehealth services as required.

What Funding Schemes

At current, we are servicing NDIS participants however are looking to expand in the future.

Ashleigh Hokafonu

DIRECTOR & CLINICAL LEAD OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST

Ashleigh graduated from Newcastle University with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy in 2013. With over 11 years experience in the inpatient, outpatient and community settings, including aged care and disability. Ashleigh has worked in both the private and public sectors in NSW, and the NHS in the UK.

Working across a broad range of clinical settings and funding schemes has given Ashleigh extensive experience working with people with varying needs including

neurological, orthopaedic, spinal, cognitively impaired,

intellectually disabled, developmentally delayed, age-related, and palliative clients.

Ashleigh is a passionate OT who uses a client-centered, evidence-based approach to assist people achieve their goals and gain optimal quality of life.

Ashleigh is also a mum to a baby boy, and enjoys travelling and outdoor activities.
